Drag and drop, doubleclicking documents

Drag and drop

You can drag documents of the following file types into the qtriplot window:
.trp qtriplot scripts
.tri triangle files
.pnt point files
.vec vector files
.el electrode files
Once you've dropped the files, the appropriate action will be taken. Any other file type you drop into qtriplot will be regarded as a function file.

Starting qtriplot by doubleclicking documents

Once you've set the proper file type association, you can open documents of the above types (except .el) by double clicking on icon of the document in question. They will then be opened in qtriplot.

In windows the qtriplot installation program will make the necessary file type associations. You can also set file associations yourself by opening My Computer, and then select Tools, Folder Options, and finally make the associations between extensions and file types in the File Types tab.
