Download alternative geometry files and related files
From here alternative geometry files and related files to be used in ecgsim
can be downloaded. See the manual for a description
of the file format and instructions on using alternative geometry in
ecgsim, and how to create your own geometry data.
Note: alternative geometries can be used in ecgsim version 1.3 and higher
- am300wct.tra: the transfer
function corresponding to the geometry data below.
- am.src:
a set of depolarization and repolarization times for the geometry data below.
- amheart.tri: triangular mesh of
the heart of subject am.
- amsurf.dst: distance matrix
describing the distance between the nodes of amheart.tri allong the surface.
- amvol.dst: distance matrix
describing the distance between the nodes of amheart.tri through the myocardium.
- amtor300.tri: triangular mesh of
the thorax of subject am.
- amstd.lds: indices of the nodes of
the standard ECG leads on amtor300.tri.
- amlungs.tri: triangular mesh of
the lungs of subject am.
- amqrst.bsm: measured ECGs for
subjects am at all nodes of amtor300.tri (actually, the ECGs were measured at
64 electrodes; the ECGs at the other nodes were obtained by interpolation).
